Pest Control

Pest Control is a collective comprised of Sarah Ormandy and Kai Villneff. They are a multidisciplinary performance art duo, primarily focussing their work on the human desire for connection, and the lengths one has to go to reach that. 

Pest Control combines Sarah's training in Theatre and Performance, and Kai's in Theatre Design to expand their respective fields and find crossover within their skillsets. Their work balances between performance and visual art, as they work to expand their own abilities in their personal and the other's fields. 

Pest Control has collaborated on a number of projects, the most recent being 'Success!!!!', originally performed at Latitude 53 Performance Art Festival, Visualeyez. Pest Control is currently working on 'Success!!!! 2: A Home for Me and You'. 

Outside of Pest Control, Kai is a theatre designer, primarily working in dance design that blurs the lines between installation, performance, and dance. They achieve this through large scale interactive sculptural set pieces, and an aesthetic that combines the analogue and digital worlds through projection and live streaming.
